Dr. Eden Goldman, D.C., C-IAYT, E-RYT500, YACEP

Dr. Eden Goldman, D.C., C-IAYT, E-RYT500, YACEP is an international Yoga, mindfulness, and wellness lifestyle expert. A Los Angeles-based Sports Chiropractor, IAYT-Certified Yoga Therapist, former writer for LA Yoga Magazine, current Yoga teacher for the Team USA Soccer USWNT’s wellness staff, and a longtime student of both Gaia and Chet, Eden is a Yoga and Mind-Body Health Professor and Researcher at The University Of Southern California and Director of YogaUSC and USC’s Yoga And The Healing Sciences Teacher Training Program. He is co-author of Yoga Therapy and Integrative Medicine: Where Ancient Science Meets Modern Medicine and author of The Secret Art of Yoga Assists, as well as the Director of Yoga Doctors, Inc. Dr. Goldman’s work has been featured in ABC News, CBS News, Good Morning LALA Land, Yoga Journal, and the top selling book, Yoga For Dummies.

Gaia Budhai

Gaia Budhai is a respected yoga teacher, mentor, mind-body coach, breathwork facilitator, meditation teacher, and spiritual guide devoted to holistic healing and authentic transformation. In 1995, she founded Synergy Center For Yoga & The Healing Arts, the first Yoga studio on Miami Beach, creating a space rooted in community, integrative wellness, and yogic principles. Gaia’s path has been one of meaningful integration, weaving ancient wisdom with modern practices to support real, embodied change. She leads teacher trainings, retreats, workshops, and ongoing classes, guiding both students and teachers to deepen their practice and align with their highest purpose. As the founder of the Gaia Living Arts Synergy Teacher Training, she has certified yoga teachers from around the world, earning a reputation for cultivating skilled, confident, and heart centered instructors. Her heartfelt warmth, presence, and conscious leadership make every interaction with her a joyful, grounded, and uplifting experience. .

Chet Alexander

Chet Alexander was born in Jamaica and brings decades of cross-cultural wisdom to his work. With roots in community leadership, martial arts mastery, and deep spiritual study, he has dedicated his life to empowering others through discipline, ceremony, and self-realization. Chet has trained and studied for 35+ years in Kabballistic, Taoist, Buddhist, and Native American arts and he has also been honored as a 5th-degree black belt in Kung Fu, he blends embodied practice with spiritual insight and does counseling based on his spiritual teachings, Imminent Health.  Through the Nityananda Center in Miami and transformative gatherings such as One World Soul of Dance, he creates sacred spaces where healing, empowerment, and community come alive  What's more, Chet has apprenticed with Indigenous elders and is author of John Crow SpeaksFor The Noble Ones, and Shadow Hunting.
